NOTE - Ordinance No 10 setback requirements referred to on page 2 of Ordinance 144 above can be summed up as follows: No addition shall reduce a front yard to less than 25% of the total lot depth or 50' whichever is greater, the side yard to less than 15% of total lot width or 20' whichever is greater, the rear yard to less than 30% of total lot depth or 50' whichever is greater.  A hardship variance may be given by the Board of Trustees for Accessory Building setbacks, depending on size, irregular lot shapes and positions such as no adjacent homes, or corner lots.
